Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new analytics projects to enhance data-informed
decision-making for workforce strategy
Build innovative solutions for complex workforce-related
challenges
Conduct research and provide insights on organizational design and
talent optimization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline or
equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of data modeling, econometrics, and forecasting
techniques
Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools
Experience with programming for statistics and data analytics
(e.g., Python, R)
