Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, National Value-Based
Provider Performance and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operations, support contract negotiations,
and manage value-based performance improvement initiatives
Oversee national relationship management of key multi-state
value-based provider partners and lead expansion efforts
Collaborate with senior leadership to consolidate market strategies
and ensure the success of key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience working with value-based providers
Experience leading value-based contract negotiations
Deep understanding of key value-based financial components
2+ years' experience leading/managing teams
Strong project management experience on mid to large scale
projects
