Job Description:
A company is looking for an Annuity New Business Manager to
oversee the New Business Annuity team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor staff performance and establish workload priorities
Provide guidance and coaching to team members for superior customer
service
Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve performance
targets and business priorities
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Previous management experience
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the Insurance or
Financial industry
Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly
annuities
Understanding of the regulatory environment and controls
