Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Systems
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Administer a Salesforce organization focused on life and disability
claims management
Design and implement Salesforce solutions while adhering to
platform best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct
thorough testing of solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at
least 3 years in systems analysis and design
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and
limitations
Proficiency with declarative development tools like Flow Builder
and Lightning App Builder
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce security model and experience
with Salesforce Community and Service Clouds
Salesforce Certified Administrator required, with additional
certifications preferred
