Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Management Specialist to
manage and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate contract language and business terms to ensure
compliance with policies and legal requirements
Draft, review, and execute contracts and related documents while
serving as a resource for contract interpretation
Conduct analyses and compile data for strategic contract terms and
maintain contract documentation and workflow systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
Three or more years of legal experience related to contract
drafting, preparation, and analysis
Strong computer and database skills
Experience in managed care and knowledge of patient financial
claims systems is preferred
Certified Paralegal certification is preferred
