Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - OSP Strategy &
Implementation to lead Outside Plant Delivery Project Managers in
building a 100% FTTH Network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the OSP Delivery Project Management team,
fostering high performance and providing training opportunities
Manage relationships with Engineering vendors and internal teams,
including reviewing and approving Engineering invoices
Monitor market forecasts and develop reports on market expansion
project status, supporting key initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
10+ years of project management experience required
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative
Experience in the fiber or telecom industry preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities simultaneously
