Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Enterprise Sales to drive
innovation and expand its customer base within the employer
segment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure alignment of sales culture and structure with company
strategy
Lead sales teams to achieve targets and optimize performance
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies
in partnership with the General Manager
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 10+ years experience in business development and account
management
At least 10+ years' experience leading a sales organization
Established relationships across the healthcare insurance
landscape
Proven experience in building sales departments and implementing
best practices
BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred
