A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead software
development teams and enhance their international services.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision, strategy,
and success metrics
Manage project plans and delivery commitments in an
Agile/Lean/Scrum environment
Recruit, train, and mentor engineers while ensuring professional
development and team collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a
related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering or development
1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
Proven ability to lead teams toward successful organizational
goals
Solid technical acumen with the ability to navigate customer
technology landscapes
