Oversee and support a multidisciplinary therapy team, including Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Therapy (ST) professionals. Manage Medicare B billing and ensure compliance with regulations. Demonstrate excellent time management and leadership skills to coordinate therapy services. Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Requirements: Degree/Certification in Physical Therapy Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona Proven leadership, interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) Passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of lifeWho We Are:At PRN, we are committed to improving the quality of life for seniors.
