• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values
• Ensure location performance with a focus on each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
• Monitor staffing levels across all departments to ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.
• Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations
• Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation are current in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations
• Continuously train the team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics for professional development.
• Facilitate resolution of customer service issues while identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout the organization
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
• Manage location's payroll entry and inventory
• Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability opportunities
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Area Director to address performance concerns and celebrate wins.Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and people skillsCompensation and Benefits:
