Senior Data Engineering Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Engineering (GCP, Data Lake).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and guide a team of developers while collaborating with other departments to align technical delivery with strategic goals
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and oversee ETL processes
Drive operational excellence by managing deadlines, conducting code reviews, and fostering cross-team collaboration

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience creating enterprise software
3+ years managing software engineering teams
Deep expertise in GCP services and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Python or other relevant scripting languages for automation
