Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

  We are seeking a highly skilled RF Test Engineer to join our Tactical Radio team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the testing and validation of radio frequency (RF) components and systems, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards. This position requires a strong background in RF engineering, testing methodologies, and a keen attention to detail.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures for RF components and systems.
  • Perform RF measurements, including power, frequency, modulation, and distortion, using specialized test equipment.
  • Analyze test data to identify issues, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to provide feedback and recommendations based on test results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related problems in prototypes and production units.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results, methodologies, and equipment configurations.
  • Support the development of automated test systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF testing technology.We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:
