Job Description:
The Accountant Senior of the Alumni Association is an important part of the Association's Financial Management Team. Responsibilities include AP, AR and GL Accounting. Helping with Financial Statements, audits and Tax returns. The job includes some HR responsibilities that include payroll hiring and terminations and supervision of our accounting student. Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 per year with above average benefits

Essential Duties:
AP, AR and GL accounting.
Reconciliations of Programs/bank and GL accounts.
Human Resource transactions including hiring, terminations and payroll
Other Accounting and Human Resource tasks.


Desired Qualifications:
Nonprofit accounting experience.
Outgoing personality.

Working Environment:
This is an in-person position in Old Main on the ASU Tempe Campus.
Most work is at a computer in a controlled environment but some events are outside.
Should be able to lift up to 25 pounds.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
