Key Responsibilities

email, and chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact
resolutions
Maintain detailed customer records and report trends to
management
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED
2+ years of contact center experience in a customer service
role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve daily
KPIs
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Must pass background and credit checks
