Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Meet production standards for inbound and outbound calls
Maintain quality customer service by adhering to company policies
and procedures
Assist customers with medical billing questions and payment
processing
Required Qualifications
Ability to work 9am CST to 1pm CST M-F only
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
Participate in company offered education opportunities
Protect customer information by maintaining confidentiality
