Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Sales to oversee the
outbound BDR team and the AE team while driving sales
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the outbound BDR and AE teams, transitioning from
frontline to second-line leadership
Implement sales processes and strategies to improve demo bookings,
increase ACV, and reduce sales cycle time
Engage with customers and coach sales representatives to enhance
salesmanship and achieve targets
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales and management within an SMB environment
Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven
decision-making
Ability to implement new processes and conduct A/B testing
Established network of sales representatives with positive
references
