Job Description:
A company is looking for a MCR Integration Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess opportunities for Medical Cost Initiatives
(MCAP) savings through data and market analysis
Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop business cases and
implement Medical Cost Maximization projects
Coordinate project timelines, manage communications, and ensure
successful operational transitions post-implementation
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or
relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed healthcare or a related
industry
Project management experience or participation as a key Subject
Matter Expert (SME) is a plus
Broad understanding of claims systems and related ancillary
systems
Experience with specialty health plan products and vendors
preferred
