Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Consultant responsible for
collaborating with the Sales Team to attract and retain customers
by aligning solutions with their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate product functionality and connect the value proposition
to client needs
Assist in aligning clients' goals and communicate business
requirements to implementation teams
Stay aware of competitors' solutions and contribute to best
practices within the team
Required Qualifications
3+ years of pre-sales experience
Knowledge of SaaS, Human Capital Management, and Enterprise
Software
Highly developed presentation and product demonstration skills
Strong relationship-building expertise and proven ability to
translate product functionality into client value
Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team
