Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst -
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the
technical team throughout the project cycle
Document requirements into high-quality User Stories, Use Cases, or
Business Requirements Documents
Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend
optimizations to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a
similar field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end
Salesforce implementation experience
Experience working within all phases of the Systems Development
Life Cycle and an Agile-driven development environment
Minimum 2 years' experience with the Salesforce platform, including
configuring sales, service, and community clouds
Experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies
