Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst - HCM (Learning).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, design, and execute solutions to enhance the Workday platform's effectiveness
Collaborate with customers, peers, and technical staff to address business problems
Conduct system evaluation and analysis to drive operational improvements within HCM

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Workday HCM/Learning experience in configuration or implementation
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Workday Pro certification or Implementation certification from a Partner is a plus
Willingness to attain Workday Pro certification within 12 months of hire
Experience in identifying, designing, testing, and deploying business operations processes
