Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management
(OCM) Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned
with organizational goals
Collaborate with Change Management Offices to design frameworks and
methodologies for scalable practices
Conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of change initiatives
and prepare readiness evaluations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in change management consulting, preferably in
large-scale environments
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
(e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver
measurable results
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
preferred
Experience in various industries or global environments is a
plus
