Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Compensation Analyst to design
and manage compensation programs with a focus on equity-based
compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze market-based compensation survey data and assess
equity compensation trends
Prepare equity grant files for compensation committee approval and
monitor equity pool health
Develop global compensation policies and assist with execution of
compensation cycles
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of equity compensation experience
Experience supporting global compensation programs and design
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office
Experience with HRIS and Compensation Software implementation and
administration
Strong self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment
