Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Resolution Specialist,
Small Commercial Complex Casualty.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, investigate, and evaluate complex small commercial claims
to negotiate and settle severe injury and liability claims
Conduct detailed investigations to confirm coverage, determine
liability, and assess damages
Prepare comprehensive reports and communicate effectively with
various parties involved in the claims process
Required Qualifications
Expert knowledge of Small Commercial Complex claims investigation
and resolution strategies
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
required
7 to 9 years of directly related experience required
Must actively pursue continuing education and maintain applicable
licenses
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and serve as a subject matter
expert
