Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support III.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as system backups and data
recovery
Manage and resolve incidents reported by users, ensuring minimal
downtime
Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and
resolutions
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information
Systems, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a Site Support role
ITIL Foundation Certified
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies
