Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through various communication
platforms
Direct messages and concerns to appropriate personnel for
resolution
Maintain understanding of products and services to assist customers
effectively
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is
required
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
At least three years of customer service experience in a school
setting is required
Significant experience in a related position may substitute for a
degree
