Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Appeals &
Grievances.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Grievance and Appeals Unit, including staffing and
training
Conduct recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and
counseling of staff
Coordinate the investigation and resolution of complex appeal and
grievance issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Managed Care
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Experience in processing appeals is highly preferred
Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to grievances
and appeals
