Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate - HRA.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic Health Risk Assessments and document responses
accurately
Provide inbound and outbound customer service calls to coordinate
member communication and scheduling
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree
preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Proficiency in Microsoft products
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
