Key Responsibilities
Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, and
chat
Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user
problems
Track incidents and calls, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
into the database
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-1 year's relevant experience
Fluency in French
Solid foundation of personal computer experience
Overall knowledge of desktop productivity products
