Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate I -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance to members and providers regarding eligibility,
benefits, claims, and authorization of services
Resolve customer administrative concerns and ensure follow-up to
meet member or provider needs
Document customer interactions and assist in training new staff
while identifying operational inefficiencies
Required Qualifications
Education Level: GED or High School diploma; preferred Associates
or Bachelor's degree
Experience Level: 2 years of customer service experience
required
Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa
sponsorship
Flexible in scheduling and comfortable with changes in a customer
service environment
Proficient typing skills (average 35+ WPM) and ability to navigate
various computer platforms
