Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Onboarding Coordinator to
facilitate the administration and integration of new students.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with students and hiring managers to ensure completion
of necessary paperwork
Maintain communication with students and hiring managers to prevent
onboarding delays
Coordinate and conduct new teammate orientation and provide pre and
post hire check-ins
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
field
1-2 years of experience onboarding students or interns
Experience using an HRIS system preferred
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects
