    • Sustainability Yearbook S&P GlobalPOSITION SUMMARY: --The Learning and Development Business Partner will be a trusted advisor to departmental leadership and responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees and teams. The incumbent will travel to various locations to provide on-site learning and leadership programs and the delivery of virtual learning to ensure our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to excel. The Learning and Development Business Partner will collaborate closely with business units, Area leadership, Human Resources (HR), and other key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with key business objectives. The incumbent will manage learning initiatives around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design, project management, delivery, and evaluation to help lead culture change through processes that support organizational learning including the continual enhancement of our performance evaluation process.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:--
      • Works with the instructional design team to design and deliver engaging learning programs tailored to the needs of our workforce. Utilizing a variety of learning methods including workshops, summits, e-learning, and on-the-job coaching.
      • In partnership with stakeholders, conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements in alignment with business priorities. Partners with HR and other departments to develop, integrate, and implement learning initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
      • Provides ongoing support and coaching to teams to reinforce learning and drive performance improvements. Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs and works with instructional design team to make adjustments as needed.
      • Manages scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and pre and post event communications. Monitors, follows-up, and generates reports on program/project completion and license usage.
      • Implements identified learning measurement strategies for all training deliverables to ensure training materials are effective and preparing learners to meet desired outcomes.
      • Visits various business sites to conduct on-site learning sessions and provide support.
      • Tracks and reports on learning outcomes and performance metrics. Uses data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and support strategies.
      • Conveys a personal commitment to Learning & Development embracing continuous development and mastering new skills (and helping others to do the same).
      • Other non-essential duties as assigned or may be necessaryKNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
        • Advanced expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
        • Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
        • Proven ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
        • Understanding of industry standard tools (i.e. Microsoft Suite, Articulate, Canva, LMS applications, etc.)
        • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
        • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
        • Foundational project management skills.
        • Ability to dig deeper to understand complexities and distill into a simpler view.
        • Ability to understand and apply new technology to create valuable learning solutionsQUALIFICATIONS:--
          • 4 - 7 Years of overall relevant work experience preferred.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:--
            • 2 - 4 Years of overall relevant work experience required.
            • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the industry, instructional design and development, performance consulting, facilitation within a corporate team environment, or equivalent.
