Description:AP Specialist Job SummaryOur Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for daily activities, with a focus to ensure the timely payment of vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.AP Specialist Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with vendors and internal clients as needed to make sure payables are processed on time with accuracy and in accordance with company policiesAssist in the continuous review of accounts payable procedures to identify areas for improvementReview and update documented department processes as neededAct as first point of contact to resolve emergencies or escalated issuesHelp the team understand and meet performance targets and goalsMaintain positive vendor relationships by providing great customer serviceMaintain SOX controls, company policies and proceduresAssist with month end activity, including but not limited to accrualsPerform other duties as requested AP Specialist BenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401k with up to a 6% company matchCompany paid life and disability insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)13 Paid HolidaysRequirements:AP Specialist Skills and AbilitiesYou execute all duties with follow-through ethically and professionally (Required)You have 2 - 5 years of accounts payable experience (A plus)You have an eagerness to learn, a high-performance work ethic, and a great sense of humor (Required)You have experience with SAP or similar and SOX (A plus)You have strong analytical skills (Required)You have technical knowledge of full cycle accounts payable best practices (Required)You maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters concerning the company (Required)You utilize strong time management and organizational skills (Required)You work well in a team environment (Required)You're a problem solver (Required)You're flexible, a master at juggling and prioritizing multiple deliverables (Required)You're proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar (Required)PI16d053e36ec1-25660-33764636
