Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Attorney to
join their team on a part-time, remote basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support for the company's intellectual property
needs, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other IP
matters
Advise on the protection and enforcement of IP assets
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP-related
agreements
Qualifications:
Significant experience as an IP attorney, with a solid
understanding of IP law
Experience working with manufacturing companies is highly
preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
