A company is looking for a Lead Back End Developer (Python).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers, leads, and architects to deliver
high-quality work
Write clean, tested, reusable, and efficient code
Mentor junior developers and guide development teams to successful
project completion
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional programming experience
5+ years of experience with Python, focusing on web and API
development
Strong hands-on experience with designing, developing, and
consuming APIs
Experience with JavaScript (React preferred) and familiarity with
Agile development processes
2- or 4-year degree in CS/Engineering, bootcamp grad, or
self-taught with practical experience
