Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HR Account Manager (HR
Generalist) to support HR operations and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sensitive and complex HR operational matters throughout the
employee life-cycle
Partner with the Benefits team to oversee US benefits brokerage and
annual enrollment processes
Process semi-monthly US payroll and assist with employee relations
and special projects
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in HR management, generalist, or business
partner roles
Experience with client-facing HR in Employer of Record (EOR) or
Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
Deep expertise in HR operations, benefits, payroll, employee
relations, and employment law
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
effectively
Startup experience and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are a
plus
