Job Description:
A company is looking for a DIFM Concierge (Remote) to provide
exceptional customer support and guidance in executing marketing
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and knowledge of products and services to
customers
Manage customer accounts and assist in resolving challenges to
enhance marketing efforts
Respond to inquiries and maintain records of customer interactions
and feedback
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Ability to work full-time with hours established by the Manager
Strong understanding of compliance relationships and departmental
processes
Experience with marketing tools and strategies
Access to a secure workspace and reliable internet connection
