Job Description:
A company is looking for a Work at Home Customer Service
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with
problem-solving
Personalize customer experiences by addressing their needs,
including processing refunds and taking payments
Work within a structured schedule and report to an assigned
Supervisor
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
Ability to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot technical
issues
Must have a self-provided computer or laptop running a compatible
Microsoft Operating System
High-speed internet connection is required; certain types of
connections are not permitted
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as
needed
