If they fail, they will be made a DNU for 6 months for CSH AZ and CSH Sac regions.**There is also a PASS/FAIL SIM LAB on day one of orientation. If they fail, they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months.# of beds CRMC 60 ED Beds, MGMC 31 ED BedsRatios 1 to 4Required certifications BLS, ACLSCommon diagnoses/Types of patients ED holds waiting for placement on a unit, primarily MS/TeleExperience or 'Must have' skills Must have a strong cardiac tele background, preferably 2 years. Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians' orders and parameters. (Please confirm this experience on notes- updated cardiac gtts per Tracey 1.29.20 KR) Nurses will be caring for more tele patients VS medical.
