BLS
- Job Details
- We have an immediate need for: ICU Nurse + Call
- MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO Med Surg (if needed)
- EMR: Meditech 6.0 experience preferred
- Call: Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration
  - Job Requirements
  - ACLS and BLS certs
  - Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions
  - 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital
  - No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
  - Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
    - Schedule Information
    - 1. 3 days cx clause in 13 week contract
    - There will be an added call requirement with contract
    - No more than 3 days off RTO requests per contract
