Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of pharmacy benefits for Medicare plans
and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with various teams to monitor and analyze pharmacy
benefit data and resolve issues related to claims processing
Manage projects related to Medicare Pharmacy benefits and support
annual Medicare bid initiatives
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
PC skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic SQL
Experience working with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or direct
experience at a PBM
Demonstrated experience in managed care or pharmacy benefits
oversight
Knowledge of regulations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services and New York State Department of Health is preferred
