A company is looking for an Associate Director - Oncology Health
Economics and Outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple HEOR studies, ensuring sound research
design and quality analysis
Oversee internal study teams, manage budgets and timelines, and
ensure high client satisfaction
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to business development in
the oncology therapeutic area
Required Qualifications
7+ years of research experience in the pharmaceutical industry or
health economics
3+ years of project management experience managing research studies
from design to completion
Demonstrated experience in data-driven research and managing teams
across multiple functions
Willingness to travel 2-4 times annually for client meetings or
conferences
