Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Palliative
Care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Communicate with patients via phone and video, providing education
and support
Assess patients, develop care plans, and manage medication and
supplies
Required Qualifications
Current CA RN license with the ability to obtain additional state
licensure
1+ year of experience in palliative or hospice care
Minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse within the
previous three years
Willingness to work Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm in Pacific
time zone
CHPN certification or equivalent preferred
