• Certification Details
• Requires BLS certification.
• ACLS, PALS certifications are also needed for RNs.
  • Job Details
  • The right candidate will have 2-5 years of OR experience and must hold an active BLS.
  • Must have EMR experience.
  • No first time travelers.
  • Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Heavy Ortho, General Surgery, Gyn, Robotics, Uncomplicated ENT.
  • Outpatient cases include ENT, Hernia, Gyn, and outpatient Peds mostly involve tubes and tonsils.
  • C-Sections done in L&D.
    • Job Requirements
    • 2-5 years of strong experience required.
    • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are necessary.
    • RN must circulate, scrub is a plus.
    • No first time travelers or RNs with no EMR experience.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts are 8, 10, and 12 hours with start times at 6a, 1030a, 230p.
      • High need on nights.
      • Weekend Requirement: 15-20 cases on Saturdays.
      • Call Requirement: 5-6 call shifts in 6 week period.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Cases per day in the unit: 40, with 70% being outpatient.
        • Floor-specific orientation: 3 days on the job orientation.
          • Additional Details
          • **MUST HAVE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED AND MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 FULL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
