geographic location.Position SummarySuper Star Car Wash is looking
for driven, dynamic leaders with management experience and a
passion for inspiring teams! Our Manager in Training program is
designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash
operations, equipping you with the skills to step confidently into
an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.From day one, you'll
immerse yourself in our operations, learning the business from the
ground up. As you progress, you'll take on increasing
responsibility, mastering day-to-day management and driving the
overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash

- Execute opening and closing duties following designated
procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws,
rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed
KPIs.
- Monitor and manage Quality Control factors, including customer
experience, product & service standards, scheduling, and labor cost
control based on historical performance and seasonality.
- Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by
enforcing safety procedures.
- Identify and report safety or maintenance issues to
management.
- Provide friendly, professional service to exceed customer
expectations.
- Handle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer
satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain a clean and organized property at all times.
- Perform location cleanliness tasks such as sweeping,
replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping
work as directed by leadership.
- Facilitate and assess damage claims.Leadership & Team
Development
- Learn and implement the company's coaching and training
model.
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and
management at all levels.
- Motivate employees to perform job tasks efficiently and
effectively.
- Support company initiatives, including marketing, promotions,
sales, customer service, and talent management efforts.Additional

Looking ForEducation & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams
- Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated
district
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various
weather conditions
- Schedule: Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on
business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings,
weekends and holidays

vehicles
