Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief People Officer (North America)
to lead HR strategy and culture for its global team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns
with business objectives
Champion a positive organizational culture and enhance employee
engagement initiatives
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes
to attract and retain top talent
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in
a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with HR technology and data analytics
