Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Internal Audit.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct risk assessments to identify system vulnerabilities and
compliance gaps
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand end-to-end business
processes
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and recommend enhancements
to internal controls
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in public accounting/audit and the digital
asset industry
In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, compliance regulations,
and risk assessment methodologies
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and COSO internal control
frameworks
CPA or equivalent certification required
Experience in a rapid growth, financial services or technology
company is a plus
