Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Manager to join
their Legal and Regulatory team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports, ensuring compliance
with federal and state regulations
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries and
collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance needs
Continuously monitor healthcare regulations and develop processes
for compliance and reporting improvement
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, or a
related field
Deep understanding of health insurance regulatory requirements and
ERISA-governed health plans
Strong knowledge of state Departments of Insurance and small group
fully insured products
Proficiency with technology tools such as Slack, Jira, and
GSuite
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments
