Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Manager to oversee system
changes in the Law Enforcement and Litigation Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the ITIL execution of Change Management within the program
Oversee the production pipeline to minimize downtime and ensure
compliance with defined SLAs
Define and implement measures of change management performance,
producing regular management analysis and reports
Required Qualifications
BA degree and 4 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's
with 2 - 6 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience leading Change Management for complex IT
solutions on large programs (200M+)
6+ years of Change Management leadership in large, complex 24x7
environments
Minimum of 2 years in the implementation of cloud technologies
Practical experience with ITIL and experience working with large
distributed teams
