Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Proposals and Commercial
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare proposals and responses to RFP and RFI questionnaires
Manage and refine the proposal development process from start to
finish
Maintain an organized library of past proposals and related
materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience in proposal management, sales,
or marketing
Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams through the
proposal process
Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a health plan
or health system environment
Experience with government contracting and RFP processes
