Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Customer Success North
America.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Customer Success team to ensure outstanding client
experiences and drive retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer
onboarding and account management strategies
Develop and implement customer retention strategies and success
metrics to enhance satisfaction and revenue growth
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Business Management, Strategy, Economics,
Communications, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
10+ years of experience in a fast-growing SaaS business
5+ years of experience leading a customer success function
Proven track record in sales, account management, or business
development across North America
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer advocacy
